The exhibition presents the outcome of the Wool design. Carpathians workshop. It is a project aiming at drawing attention to the forgotten material that is wool. We wanted to keep the “work-in-progress” character of the exhibition and show the process of project creation from idea to implementation. Every project is accompanied by a moodboard with drafts, inspirations, colour and material samples as well as photos showing experiments and all the stages of product creation.
Combining spruce wood and red colour keeps the exhibition light. Using vertical displays makes the room seem more spacious. Photos and samples attached with drawing pins retain the atmosphere of a workshop. The whole exhibition is rounded up by the history of pastoralism prepared by Frank Babko.
